Finding Number Nine — A Route-by-Route Guide to the Royal Dragon Hotel

Number Nine Spa sits inside the Royal Dragon Hotel in central Macau Peninsula — minutes by car from the ferry terminal and 10–15 minutes from the airport. A route-by-route arrival guide, what to do on a red-eye landing, and how the free private car makes all of it optional.

Peak travel season is here, so let’s make arrival day easy. Number Nine Spa is inside the Royal Dragon Hotel (御龍酒店), central Macau Peninsula — one of the best-connected addresses on the peninsula side.

Arriving by ferry

From the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, where the Hong Kong fast ferries dock, it is a few minutes by car. You can realistically step off the boat and head straight over. Travelling with luggage before hotel check-in? Mention it when you book and we’ll sort it out.

From the airport or Taipa

Macau International Airport and the Taipa Ferry Terminal are about 10–15 minutes away by car — over the bridge and you’re on the peninsula. Book through this site and the free private shuttle covers the airport and Taipa side too (a booking perk current as of August 2026).

Taking a taxi? Show the driver 御龍酒店

If you grab a taxi yourself, show the driver the Chinese characters 御龍酒店 — they land faster than “Royal Dragon Hotel” in English. Once inside the hotel, follow the signage to the spa floor. More detail is on our location & shuttle page.

Red-eye landings are where this place shines

Number Nine is open 24 hours (as of August 2026). Landed after midnight, or facing a few hours before your hotel check-in? Come straight here first. Therapists are on duty daily 15:00 – 06:00, so a late-night arrival still fits a full treatment. For a nap there are paid private rest rooms and a free lobby lounge — and first-timers can preview the whole flow in our Macau sauna guide.

The surest route: the free private car

Honestly, you don’t need to memorise any of the above. Booking through this site includes a free private shuttle anywhere in Macau — pickup and return. Send your hotel name and a time by message and you’re done; after your visit the car takes you back. Prices and the current menu confirmed when you book.
